Yes the ZSW website has a PayPal “Pay In 3” opinion, setup an account with PayPal and pay the balance in 3 equal payments.

The only way to secure your room or wristband is to pay or when balance is paid in full.

Zante is a beautiful island and Lagagna is perfect as everything is close by, the bars, clubs and beach, at the beginning and the end of the season, Zante is Setup for family visiting the island the kids are normally there in middle of the summer!

In September things in Zante are a lot more chilled and the ZSW are able to have full exclusivity on a Hotel, bars, club, boat party and flights are a lot cheaper, The average weather temperature in Zante 18.c to 25.c

The main airports you can fly from are Bristol, Birmingham, East Midlands, Manchester, London Gatwick, London Stanstead, Glasgow and Belfast, Prices start from £120 up to £240 depending on where you fly from and when you book your flights sign up to the ZSW email list and we can advise you when to book flights!

The minimum days you can book the ZSW is 4 days & 4 nights and more days have been added, but you don’t have stay for the whole event if you can’t or don’t want to but there is no discounts or refunds if you leave or don’t stay for the whole event.

Yes everyone has to pay a resort tax directly to the hotel an arrival.

This is an adult mature theme event, aim at ages from 25/30+, if your child is over 18 and is accompanied by a mature adult then that is fine.

Yes it’s highly recommended you have your own personal holiday insurance which covers you for any eventuality.

Everything at the hotel is all inclusive food & drinks, but outside of the hotel you will need extra money, for the bars, clubs, boat and beach parties, taxis and maybe shopping. ZSW has an event insurance but it’s highly recommended that you have your own personal insurance policy as well.

The boat, bars, clubs & beach parties are included as a package and cannot be refunded in any financial way, there will be other alternatives activities if you don’t want to join in the planned itinerary.

We would prefer you to stay at the preferred hotel, but yes to can stay at alternative accommodation but you will need a Wristband at a cost, to join us that the pool, boat, beach, bars, clubs. (Transfers Not Included)

Wristband only customers will get access to the food, drinks, pool, boat, beach, bars & clubs parties, But Not the Alexander Hotel Accommodation and Transfers.

The chances of the weather being that bad to stop all outdoors activities is very small, but if that were to happen indoors activities will be arranged instead.

Unfortunately the ZSW does not provide or cater for any pet/s of any kind on this weekender.

Yes can book extra night stay just email ZSW the dates & we’ll arrange direct payment to cover those extra nights.

Depending on availability and timing there is a chance the prices can go up, to avoid this book early.
